1. You can top up your wallet before the event begins, and until 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 25, 2026, within the Castellammare - Art Music Week app to receive bonus credits for free. During the event, you'll be able to pay at Food & Drink points by showing the QR Code found in the "My Wallet" section of the app.
2. The second option lets you purchase a Cashless RFID wristband (first top-up cost: 1 token - 2 euros) at the Cashless Points located within the event area, and pay for Food and Drink purchases through the RFID wristband.
The QR Code is the main wallet. The cashless RFID wristband is an optional support, they are two separate wallets and the credit is not transferable.
Cashless Rules
Top-ups
The value of 1 token is €2.00. Credit can be pre-loaded through the official Unlocked Music Festival app by 4:00 PM on July 25, 2026. During the event, additional top-ups can also be made either through the app or at the Cashless Points located within the venue. Loaded credits are valid exclusively for the ongoing event and cannot be used for other events.
PRE-TOP-UP AND TOP-UP DURING THE EVENT
Pre-topping up before 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 25 allows you to receive bonus tokens, based on the amount you load:
• €20 TOP-UP PROMO: 10TK TOP-UP PROMO + 1 FREE token
• €40 TOP-UP PROMO: 20TK TOP-UP PROMO + 2 FREE tokens
• €60 TOP-UP PROMO: 30TK TOP-UP PROMO + 3 FREE tokens
• €80 TOP-UP PROMO: 40TK TOP-UP PROMO + 4 FREE tokens
• €100 TOP-UP PROMO: 50TK TOP-UP PROMO + 5 FREE tokens
The pre-top-up has no initial fee.
A fee of 1 token (2 euros) is required to process the refund of unused credit at the end of the event.
TOP-UP DURING THE EVENT
Starting at 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 25, you can conveniently top up your Wallet from the app with no top-up fee and use the QR Code found in the "My Wallet" section at Food & Drink points.
If you prefer to get the cashless RFID wristband instead, you'll need to go to the event's cashless points and request a first top-up of a minimum amount of €20.00 to use at Food & Drink points. The fee for topping up via the cashless RFID wristband is 1 token and applies to the first top-up.
Management Costs
The pre-top-up has no cost for the first top-up.
Topping up during the event at the cashless points, with delivery of the cashless RFID wristband, carries a fee of 1 token (2 euros)
The fee for handling refund request processing is 1 token (2 euros).
Refund Policies
Refunds for remaining tokens can be requested from 12:00 PM on July 27, 2026 until 12:00 PM on August 3, 2026, directly within the official Unlocked Music Festival app, in the "Refund" section. The minimum amount required to request a refund is 2 tokens. The fee applied to the refund request is 1 token. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the close of the request period, excluding weekends and public holidays.
