Event area and phased evacuation in case of emergency

Event area and organizational structure
The event area is equipped with 4 safety exits that simultaneously connect to the 2 "calm space" areas, each 2000 sqm, to be used in case of emergency.
The entire perimeter is monitored and secured for both days by stewards, fire safety personnel, medical staff with a first aid post, rescue vehicles and civil protection volunteers who will be available to the public if needed.
Evacuation in case of emergency
First phase: should an emergency occur, the audience present will be directed by security staff either toward the evacuation corridors or toward the "calm space" areas (using the safety exits marked on map 1, 2, 3, 4) according to security staff instructions.
Second phase: From the "calm space" areas, the audience will be directed toward the evacuation corridors following security staff instructions.
Should an emergency occur, on the order of the Emergency Manager, the music will be immediately stopped and the evacuation audio message broadcast via the emergency audio system (pre-recorded or live via microphone from the control booth).
Management of vulnerable/disabled individuals
Vulnerable individuals are pre-positioned in a dedicated area near exit 2, close to the rescue vehicles.
During evacuation they receive priority assistance and are personally escorted to the evacuation corridors by a volunteer or fire safety officer.

How can I get to the festival?
The Porto Nuovo of Castellammare del Golfo is located in the town of the same name and is easy to reach even if you're not from the area.

By car:
From Palermo (about 50 min): Take the A29 toward Mazara del Vallo, exit at Castellammare del Golfo, follow signs for the town center and then for the port, direction "Porto Nuovo".
From Trapani (about 35 min): Take the A29 toward Palermo, exit at Castellammare del Golfo, follow signs for the port, direction "Porto Nuovo".
From Catania (about 3h): Take the A19 toward Palermo. After Termini Imerese, take the A29 toward Mazara del Vallo, exit at Castellammare del Golfo and follow signs for the port, direction "Porto Nuovo".
From Agrigento (about 2h): Take the SS115 to Castelvetrano, get on the A29 toward Palermo, exit at Castellammare del Golfo and follow signs for the port, direction "Porto Nuovo".
By plane:
Palermo Airport (PMO): 40 min by car, and Trapani Birgi Airport (TPS): 45 min by car.
By train:
You can reach Castellammare del Golfo station by train. From there you'll need a taxi or local bus to get to the Porto Nuovo.

Is there a reserved area for people with disabilities?
Yes, there is a reserved area for people with disabilities. You can contact info@unlockedmusicfestival.com for any information.
What are the areas called "Backstage Area"?
These are privileged areas with a premium bar and dedicated services, located next to and alongside the stage.
To access the Backstage Area you must have a ticket labeled "BACKSTAGE". Priority access to the BACKSTAGE area must be done following the directions posted within the festival area. At the entrance to the Backstage area you can pick up your Cashless wristband, already loaded with the two drinks included in the ticket.

What is included with the "Backstage Area" tickets?
The ticket includes:
- Dedicated entrance;
- Privileged position;
- Dedicated services: restrooms, cashless, cocktail bar, premium food service;
- Two drinks worth 7 tokens each.
Are there services, bars and food available within the festival?
A large food, drink & relax zone, together with prestigious brands that will make your days unforgettable. A true citadel of entertainment where you can enjoy sun and music in the afternoon, have dinner while waiting for your favorite artists, and enjoy refreshing drinks throughout the concert.
Where and when will the festival be held?
Event start and end: Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Where can I buy a ticket for the event?
Tickets are available at www.unlockedmusicfestival.com through TicketSms www.ticketsms.it
All parterre tickets allow access to all areas of the concert, except the Backstage, which is a privileged zone of the concert. The price changes solely and exclusively based on purchase timing. The parterre will be a single, undivided area, and with any ticket you'll be able to reach the areas next to the stage.
Single-day tickets are available for purchase.
Are there any age restrictions?
Participation is reserved for adults, subject to ticket purchase.
Access is permitted only to adults with a valid, original ID document (no digital copies or photocopies). Anyone who does not meet this requirement will not be admitted to the event (and will not be entitled to a refund).
Suitcases, trolleys, bags and backpacks larger than 21 x 30 cm (or objects too large for the security check) are not allowed.
Bringing any type of food or drinks is not allowed.
What are the rules for accessing the event?
Will it be possible to access the rest of the Porto Nuovo area?
No, the festival area will be enclosed and controlled. Inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the festival.
What items am I not allowed to bring to the festival?
It is forbidden to bring in:
Food and drinks, firearms, knives and tools, firecrackers and explosive materials, glass or cans, animals, drugs and needles, umbrellas, selfie sticks, drones, bicycles and skates, laser pointers, suitcases or backpacks larger than 21 x 30 cm, stadium horns, spray cans (including perfumes and deodorants), tents, musical instruments, video cameras, semi-professional or professional cameras, helmets, folding chairs.
And anything else that the organization or the security manager deems dangerous.
Cashless
CASTELLAMARE-ART Music WEEK cashless system: purpose and use
For the 2026 edition of Castellammare - Art Music Week and UNLOCKED MUSIC FESTIVAL, we have implemented the Cashless System in order to improve the audience's experience.
We have developed two different ways to make the event cashless:
1. You can top up your wallet before the event begins, and until 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 25, 2026, within the Castellammare - Art Music Week app to receive bonus credits for free. During the event you'll be able to pay at Food & Drink points by showing the QR Code found in the "My Wallet" section of the app.
2. The second option lets you purchase a Cashless wristband (first top-up cost: 1 token - 2 euros) at the Cashless Points located within the event area, and pay for Food and Drink purchases through the wristband.
Credits from the two methods cannot be combined. You will not be able to transfer your credit from the Wallet to the wristband or vice versa.
How can I get my cashless wristband?
The cashless wristband can be requested and pre-loaded at the Cashless points. The fee for the first top-up of the cashless wristband is 1 token (2 euros).
The cashless wristband is not mandatory. You can choose to use the first method and load your credit directly within your reserved area by downloading the Castellammare - Art Music Week app, in the "My Wallet" section.
Costs and limits
The pre-top-up has no cost for the first top-up.
Topping up during the event at the cashless points, with delivery of the cashless wristband, carries a fee of 1 token (2 euros)
The fee for handling refund request processing is 1 token (2 euros).
Terms and conditions
The wristband is personal and linked to the ticket.
If used by someone else, it will be canceled by Unlocked Music Festival staff.
The organizer is not responsible for credit lost due to improper use or failure to register.
Loss or theft
During the event: go to the Cashless Point with your UID code
After the event: use the support feature in the Unlocked Music Festival app
Is it possible to pay with cash inside the festival?
No, you will be able to top up your wristband using cash or payment cards at the Cashless Points located within the event area. Purchases at the bar points can only be made using the wristband.
